Note: Because BoxyMart ships from multiple warehouses and maintains a large inventory, your order may arrive in separate packages. Rest assured — you will not be charged extra shipping fees for split deliveries.
Shipping Time
- Please allow 2–4 weeks for your items to arrive.
- Shipping times may vary slightly for destinations outside the U.S. (including non-continental U.S. states and territories).
- For select European countries, delivery may take up to 26 days.
- If it has been 30 days or more since your order and you have not received your items, please contact our support team for assistance.
Order Processing
- Payments are securely processed within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
- High-demand or specialty items may take 2–3 weeks to ship due to restocking or production delays, depending on your location.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)
- Tracking updates may take a few days to appear as your order moves through the shipping network.
- Occasionally, deliveries may experience slight delays due to holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances — we appreciate your patience.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
- After 24 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
